  1. Services. We provide plumbing services subject to availability, local codes, and safety requirements.
  2. Estimates & Pricing. Quotes are provided before work begins. Additional work requires your approval.
  3. Payment. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept standard Canadian payment methods.
  4. Cancellations. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Emergency bookings may incur call-out fees.
  5. Warranty. Workmanship is covered for the stated warranty period per service listing.
  6. Liability. We are not liable for consequential damages beyond the scope permitted by law.
  7. Customer Responsibilities. Provide safe access, disclose known issues, and secure pets/valuables.
  8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable provincial regulations.

Additional Provisions

  1. Access & Utilities. You agree to provide access to shut-off valves, utility panels, and work areas. We may pause work if unsafe conditions are present.
  2. Materials & Parts. Equivalent-grade parts may be used where original parts are unavailable. Any substitutions will meet or exceed relevant standards.
  3. Environmental & Disposal Fees. Some services may incur environmental or disposal fees, itemized on your invoice.
  4. Force Majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, supply chain disruptions).
  5. Photos & Documentation. With your consent, we may document site conditions for quality assurance and warranty purposes.
